Does anyone know when the 3% rule apply?

I'm pretty sure that they apply the 3% rule during the interviews and only a set number of ppl can actually get into the school but im not sure tho, they could apply it even when choosing ppl to get into the interview stage.

I am mainly doing word problems, algebra (especially quadratics, I love quadratics) stats and probs and trigonometry.

yea, but they still probably will mark you on how coherent you are.
