Legal studies examiners report

When you have a look at the examiners report for the previous Legal Studies exams, they give you answers to questions that they deem are either 'high scoring response' or 'an example of a good answer'. Now does this mean that this sort of answer will get you full marks for that question i.e 4/4 or would be along the lines of a 3/4?

Thanks

Depends on the sample answer provided and depends on the person marking it. Sorry.

Basically, start by aiming to write something as good as the ones provided; then, once you can, aim to do better. Always better to be safe.
