Do you sell your uni textbooks?

After you complete a unit, do you always sell your uni textbook/s for it?

Is it a good idea to keep the textbook and self-study a little bit throughout your remaining life even though you are not again assessed on anything related to the subject you have already completed?

What are peoples' opinions about this?
