Something with the following banner - if you click to go to a post, you're navigated so that the top of your screen is the top of their post - but this doesn't take into account the banner, and so the top of their post is actually missing. Example of what I mean is attached. (thank you to my model, Fyrefly, for her contribution)

I should clarify, so you know I'm not ragging on your site, I'm overall happy with the transition. It's really bringing AN out of the '00s.

I've set my messages so that each time I get a new one, I get a pop-up, and that pop-up can direct me to the new message in a new tab - pop-up still works, but when I click "Okay" or whatever it is, I don't get navigated to a new tab - the browser just sits there.

Couldn't find any similar problems after Ctrl+F'ing the thread, so hopefully this isn't a repost. Anyway, for some reason, whenever I try to change my avatar, be it through linking to a URL or uploading from my PC itself, I get an error saying...

 "The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved."

It is a regular .png file, so I'm not sure what's wrong here. Any ideas or similar issues?

After a couple of days of not minding, this banner is driving me crazy. Every time I change tabs on Chrome and lower my mouse from the top of the screen I always seem to hove over one of the drop down menus from the banner, and then actively move my mouse crazily to get rid of it. Small thing, but not happy hahahaha /rant

The front page of AN displays old usernames btw, probs a glitch


Also like to make a suggestion to instantly sack the person who wrote these on the AN home page:

"100000 Students Registered - We’ve got more members than Dumbledore’s got spells!"

"5000000 Calculations - Our Calc brings all the students to the yard. That’s right, it’s better than yours."

Also wth, this was not meant to be locked :S. It's unlocked now! If anyone has any other aesthetic problems, now's your time to get them in. We've been fixing bugs and are about to start making aesthetic changes.

Has the font changed? Or is it just smaller? It looks different (especially in the signatures).

The posts are still really close together (see attachment). Is this going to be fixed? Also, not sure if this is just me but the lack of borders really bother me. Or it's just the colour but I don't like how the posts are the same colour as the background (can be seen in the above attachment but have added another for good measure).
