Do you receive separate rankings for Unit 3 and 4 if they are in separate GAs?

Hi guys, one simple question
(sorry if this has been asked before)

If your subject has 2 GA's for SACs (i.e. GA1 as Unit 3 and GA2 as Unit 4), do you get two separate rankings for them?
i.e. is it possible to be like rank 1 for GA1 and rank 2 for GA2, for example?

I think you get a single rank for the entire subject instead of one per GA. This is what my Legal Studies teacher told me last year, and it makes sense. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable on the way rankings work can confirm this, however.
