Matricies Question

This question is in regard to the Insight 2008 Exam 2 (available here: http://vcenotes.com/forum/index.php/topic,6215.msg76955.html#msg76955)

I'm having problems with question 3(a) in the Matricies section. How does the matrix they have set up give you the profit for each type of fruit pack? It looks to me like it gives the profit from each different outlet. If I am right, then what should the correct answer be? If I am wrong, please explain!
