WHAT IS A PATHWAY TO NUTRITION AT MONASH?! Please help :) 😊

So I'm in year 12. And I wanna do nutrition at monash. But they require chemistry Unit 3/4 which I haven't done. I only did chem Unit 1/2 in year 11.

Anyway, so instead of selecting the 'nutrition' course at Monash, I wanna do a degree and/or a pathway which could lead to nutrition. So what is the degree or pathway called? Would it just be "Health Sciences"?

Thanks and sorry if the question doesn't make sense.

Is it bachelor of nutrition science you want?

If so, this is what the faculty site says on your question.

Quote
If you don't meet the Chemistry pre-requisite, what can you do?

Enter a Science or Biomedical Science degree and undertake a 'Year 12' Chemistry equivalent (ie both CHM1011 & CHM1022 Chemistry units taught by the Science Faculty in Semester 1 & 2 at Monash University).

or: Do a bridging course in Chemistry as a distance education subject through Open Learning Australia (UNL21 Chemistry or SCI18 Introduction to Chemistry). Ensure that you complete all assessments and the exam to receive a final grade. If you only receive a certificate, this will not be accepted as achieving the Chemistry pre-requisite.

or: Repeat VCE again and include Chemistry as a subject

or: Single Unit enrolment in a Year 12 equivalent Chemistry unit (ie CHM1011 in Semester 1 and CHM1022 in Semester 2 at Monash University)

the first and second option seem the best in my opinion.
