Hey, can someone please explain to me what the pre-selection means when they ask "proposal for a short film or short story addressing an architectural or urban idea". Does it mean to make a plan for a short story. But I am confused with the part about architectural/ urban idea. Can someone please please explain this to me. Thank you so much.
