i though it was E,
because 2cubed = 8
so it was (2x)^3, but idk :\
Dilation by factor of 2 from the y axis is (1/2x)^3 so 8x^3-->x^3

A few of the questions I've seen people debating here (from Exam 2 Extended Response) and my working:

Yes, I just shoved a bunch of values into the Calculator graph function to find the ranges.

Reasons you should trust my answer: I got 43 in Methods in 2010, 38 in Spec in 2011, have been tutoring Methods & spec students for 3 years, and I just graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics).

If you have anything else you'd like me to look at, let me know!

You ought to calm down. No one knows what VCAA accepts or not. We are not vcaa and we certainly do not know what is needed. But looking at how it explicitly stated the form, I'm assuming yes. But like I said before, you'll be fine.

I would think it would be compulsory as it did specify that it needed to have the m and n terms. It's stupid, though. I guess we'll (probably) find out whenever VCAA sees fit to release solutions.

Here are my sample (draft) solutions to extended response. Hopefully there aren't any serious errors in it. (let me know if there are and I'll check again)

ER: http://tasmaniajones.files.wordpress.com/2015/11/ccf05112015.pdf
MC: http://tasmaniajones.files.wordpress.com/2015/11/mmc_2015_2_solutions1.pdf

As for my thoughts, I thought the exam had quite a number of difficult questions in it, especially question 5.

Fix: In 2d w should be 35.47 (59.77 is for the parabola)

Fix: in 5ci) 20/3 should be included and in 5cii) 20/(e^5+2) should be included.

You did quite well. And anyone trying to give a study score or even letter grade is kidding themselves - no one knows. You'll find out soon enough and there's nothing you can do anyway.
