Yeah I'm pretty sure it can generally be done in 6 years, although even that may assume that you have overloaded 1-2 times or done 1-2 summer subjects. Hence, it may not be uncommon to complete the degree over 7 years to lighten the workload (or for example, finish one degree and do the other part-time - I knew a guy who'd finished his eng degree, was working as an engineer and finishing the law units off part-time, by which point he was 8th year).
