Hello! Just a quick question, for the 5/6 marker in comprehension, do we need to compare the two texts?

If that what the verb tells us to do.. http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/syllabus_hsc/glossary_keywords.html

Hi Guys, I'm not sure which one is better to use as an adaptable conclusion (the only real difference is the middle part)?

Discovery is often an abstract process full of complexities that vary for individuals. Although from different époques and with dissimilar purposes, both Shakespeare’s The Tempest and Picasso’s Guernica both illustrate the (adjective) nature of discoveries founded in chaos, as even though they vary depending on perspectives, they ultimately still (integrate thesis). Despite the verity of individual perspectives leading to distinct discoveries, ultimately as Chuck Palahniuck said “real discoveries come from chaos”, and often (integrate thesis).

Personally, I'm a fan of the first one :) When you say the quote author's name, probably just use their last name :)

Is there a rule about writing on my hand??

Will the invigilators think it's cheating? I would only use it in things like the creative just to write "refer to stimuls - whatever stimulus is" - to remind myself

Or would this not be allowed?

Don't write on your hand. Don't write on any part of your body. Don't cheat. If you need a reminder, write stuff out on the front of the question booklet when writing time begins!

Even if you wrote it on your hand in the exam so you weren't technically cheating or gaining an advantage over anyone else, the supervisors won't know that, so they might think you came into the examination room like that :( All they see is a scribbled on hand, which in their eyes is an automatic no go. Better to be safe than sorry so its probably not the best idea.

Hi!

Was wondering, what technique would you say this has:  "Melted into air, into thin air"?
I know there was an actual name for this (not just repetition) but I forgot what it was called.

Potentially it's a metaphor? I mean, they obviously DIDN'T melt into thin air.

Is T.S. Eliot a new addition to Module B? Looking at past papers right now and I can't find him past last year?
