Dropping 1/2 Specialist Maths??

Hi,
I was just wondering for some advice on subjects.
I am currently in year 11 and am undertaking: (English, Italian, Chem, 3/4 Biology, Specialist, Methods)
I am a good maths student however my strengths have always lied in english, I have intentions of becoming a doctor, so my main priority is getting a good enough score for that. However I feel as though i am not doing well at specialist maths, I failed my last test and receieved B+ on my previous two. I do not overally enjoy the subject, as i do not enjoy physics and i fear i will be disadvangated as i am not doing physics. On the contrary I would pick up History in which i did not drop a mark in last year, i have a passion for history, however it is not scaled. Also no one at my school ever seems to get high results for history. Feedback would be really appreciated, at the end of the day I am looking for the best score no matter how hard I have to work.

I'd highly recommend giving specialist maths a second shot, as the content in 3/4 is really fun and it's an overall rewarding subject.
However, if you are content that you are not enjoying the subject then you would be much better off picking a subject that you will enjoy and know that you can score high marks in.
2015 - Further Maths

2016 - English, Methods, Specialist, Physics, Chemistry.

Aims: To succeed, nothing more, nothing less.
