UoM under-represented schools?

So my school was on the list for UoM "Under-represented schools for 2016 entry". While I can't find the list for 2017, I'm guessing my school will still qualify (average/low public school :P ). So I'm just curious as to how much this will lower the requirements. I'm currently looking at Bachelor of Commerce, which has a clearly-in of 95, and a minimum ATAR of 93... I'm aiming for 95, but for safety, does anyone know what it could possibly drop to under this category? If it helps, according to VTAC 22.53% got in with an ATAR below 95 last year.

are you eligible for access melbourne? It says '88' if you got that, but i think you might need under rep' school + financial issues/rural background etc.
A friend from my school got into Melb BCom with 89.5 or so, but idk about their financial status and such
Im sure with an under rep' school and some sort of financial impediment, you might squeeze in with 88+? idkk , sorry if this is vague :P
