VTAC APPS WRONG DETAILS HELP!

is there a way i can change this? does it cost money for this amendment? because when i looked through the vtac guide it said only the name thingy and changing pervious studies things cost $11. == this one does not fit any of the two.
 
im so pissed == i'd applied for interstate as well, and i stuffed up VTAC the most important one ==

I also made an accident on mine, so my careers advisor called them up to inform them of it, and they said to just ignore their request for documentation. That was pretty nice of them, since i thought they'd charge a fee for the error. Hope they can rectify your mistake without any problems!

I thought during the application process they said it would cost $5 if you wanted to make any amendments (excluding the preferences itself of course).
