Why is there a rule that if you make 5 comments you send in one essay for free?

since the essay marking service is FREE and SO good its obviously extremely popular so to keep up the high quality and make it fair only members who post and interact with the forums regularly can have their essays marked  :) :)

Not HSC but thought I'd join in xD...

I stress eat - so when I'm stressed out I eat to tame my stress. It's effective in the sense that it allows me to manage stress but oh my God have i become fat...

Let's hope that atar is worth it aye? Can treat myself once i become a doctor ;)

Not HSC either - pls don't murder me.

I may or may not also be a stress/study/stress&study eater.

My "study breaks" look like a bit like this:

<not my photo tho>

But not always with chocolate. Yesterday night, there was this delicious fruit bouquet thing in the fridge and every few pages, I'd duck into the kitchen to eat some of the "flowers".

Not HSC.  Not even VCE.  But hah.  I beat you all in both my stress-eating and stress-not-eating. 8)

the story goes like this
- Eat nothing for 24 hours because stress
- In extreme stress, suddenly stuff my face with like a kilo of chocolate in one sitting, basically, as much I have access to LOL, making me quite ill
- Feel real shitty due to fucked-up eating patterns so barely eat for next 24-48
- Repeat according to comparative stress levels (and food access)

Moral: if you're doing HSC, don't copy me.  Just don't. :P  Exercise, eat healthy, drink (water, to clarify ;)), i.e. do basically everything I don't, and you'll perform a lot, lot better.  Looking after your physical health actually makes such a huge difference to how your brain functions.  Prioritise it.

Same but instead of every few pages I'd eat food it would be every few pieces of food I'd read a page you know?

Seems reasonable to me.

As mentioned above I see, it is precisely for the reason that the essay marking service is FREE, and if anyone was allowed to just dump their essays here that is not going to leave Elyse, Jamon or any other marker enough time to get through all of them as soon as possible. 5 posts is not hard to achieve either.

Up on the top right-hand corner of a post, there should be a button that says 'quote'.  Click that and it'll take you to a reply window with the person's post + quote tags already in the reply window.  Otherwise, when you're posting a reply, if you scroll down to see the previous posts, on the top right-hand corner should be something that says 'insert quote', click that and it'll insert it.

Or else you can just copy-past and put these tags round it:
Code: [Select]
[quote] the text you're quoting here [/quote]
and it'll look like
Quote
the text you're quoting here

Let me know if that's confusing still!  Play round a bit, you'll master it in no time :)

How do I multiquote things?

You put quote tags within quote tags, so:
Code: [Select]
[quote][quote][quote][/quote][/quote][/quote]looks like
Quote
Quote
Quote

If you want text in there, it looks like this:
Code: [Select]
[quote][quote]heidi is totes da awesomest human[/quote]never a truer word![/quote]
awww, thanks guys!
