You need to make a timetable and start following it. And not be unrealistic - put in breaks.
Unplug your internet cable and everything if you have to. Also if home is a poor work environment then do your study elsewhere. There are heaps of strategies you need to implement if you want to take out the negativity.
I don't tend to follow timetables but rather do: 40 mins a day is dedicated to this, 40 minutes a day is dedicated to that, etc, etc
Oh, I didn't think of this idea. Silly me. Thanks, but the thing is if I need to go to ATARNOTES urgently and ask someone a question then how would I do that (if I have no internet)
The very moment I plug my internet cord/turn the wifi back on, I go into procrastination mode on ATARNOTES again. RIP me
