Well - we're advised to do about 8 hours a day. Personally, if I'm awake for 15, I think 8 hrs is both too much and too less. So I am not really sure. I have made a comprehensive study schedule (which I'm NOT going to be able to stick to!) so I'm going to try and finish that, it probably works out to be 6 hrs a day anyway...
