I think it's natural to feel lethargic at times. However, if the feeling persists for around 2 weeks, seek medical advice.

But there must be a way to combat it.
I remember this lady told me that at the start of the year everyone is so motivated then at the end they lose motivation. I promised this wouldnt happen to me but it did.

It's pretty normal to feel down and unmotivated, but like others have said, if feelings persist, seek help before it spirals into something bigger.

I'd say Unit 4 "Burn Out" - i.e. you been studying for SACs and tests all term and now your 'burning out', so to speak

I can't be bothered with unit 4 either, literally I wouldn't mind not studying/revising for SACs as well as getting C's and B's :( (what's wrong with me). I'm just over SACs being held every week, as we fast approach exams. Mu....st........pushhh.......onn.....

Where can I get help? How bad can it get.
I was going smoothly for the whole year, but when I did the chemistry exam i felt really depressed cos' the 26exams went to waste, but when results came out I was happy again, then unmotivated since TSFX said that VCAA always comes up with new questons and that practice exams dont help much.

TSFX tries to scare you into taking their courses and shizz. Don't listen to ANYTHING they have to say along those lines.
