Things have been put behind glass, but they are not yet over.” There is no justice achieved in Stasiland. Discuss.

This isn't a theme I've thought about yet and I'm having trouble trying to formulate some sort of contention that lets me unpack the complexity of justice in the text. Atm I'm struggling to get past these ideas:
Justice having different meanings to different people
And thats it. And I'm stuck trying to flesh that out.
