Could be IFA2. Mine changed so either IFA2 or Bus Fi. I dare say it might be bus fi judging by the score (I've been wrong before tho rip)

Missed out on a h1 by one mark, I think some scaling (downwards) was at play this semester

if you have been granted a special exam, shouldn't the result for that subject state the number grade and S/Pending or something as the letter?

Pretty sure the grade will still come up until you decline/accept the special exam
