Since Great Gatsby isn't a current Year 12 text (and hasn't been on the Year 12 list for a while, unfortunately ) you might not have much luck finding Text Response-specific stuff. But there's a great resource here that goes through all the summative stuff and a bit of quote/symbol analysis if you need it
