You shouldn't of. That where I messed up. I stupidly listened to my parents idea I showed them I had a scholarship for year 9 and 10. In a western perspective, getting a scholarship means that you show commitment for this school and therefore you are meant to stay at this school for the length of the time period which the scholarship covers. My parents are a Chinese and they thought that showing them a scholarship meant I was academically talented, however that literally did the reverse and made me miss out on a first round offer.

how are guys planning on getting to school? I'm gonna have to take public transport. I've looked it up and the earliest I can get there is approximately 8:25. Do you guys think that would be too late as I think 8:30 is when class starts?
thanks !!

I honestly doubt that class would start at 8:30, it's probably closer to 9:00/9:05. Even at my current school they tell us to arrive at 8:30, but for the half hour between then and when class starts it's just preparations/roll call/homework time.

Thats true..you always have to kinda add half an hour to their time...anyways, my bus also comes at 8:30 so do you know what time the actual school opens in case I take the earlier bus

good point, but I guess ther has to be a good reason as to why they would say "students are required from 8:30" I just don't want to arrive and have like, no time to get my books and stuff and be all flustered haha

Pretty much, they're just trying to say don't be late to school.

Ah man, school starts so early ahah
Struggles of a night owl

My initial plan was to do the methods test, but now I'm not sure what to do :\\
Could someone offer some advice?

A) Do Methods 1/2 in Year 10 and do Specialist 1/2 in Year 11
B) Do Methods 1/2 and Specialist 1/2 in Year 11

Which one do you guys suggest doing?

Simple question, have you done year 10 maths already?
