Early morning exercise feels *so* good

Unpopular opinion : afternoon exercise is more enjoyable than early morning exercise

Apparently good morning exercise is very beneficial because you do it first thing.
However I'm the person who does exercise in the afternoon(if i do it which is very rare).
Now I'm becoming lazier every day.

I second this! It gets me going for the rest of the day and is a bit of a break between school and homework

Nope...morning exercise (momentarily forgot how to spell that word) is better for me...it wakes me up and gets me energised...also like running when there is no one else in the streets...makes me feel super amazing and makes me think that everyone else in their houses are lazy ;D

I am a structure purist and an ingredient neutral.  The first two are sandwiches; the rest are not.

Structure purist, ingredient rebelist - doesn't matter what ingredients there are, as long as it's between two things that are the same

Just for clarification- morning exercise is much better then afternoon exercise because your brain still doesn't know what the hell you are doing in the morning, so you'll probably end up exercising and getting it out of the way, but in the afternoon your brain is fully aware of everything so their is a much lower chance you'll exercise.
