Was just reading the ATAR Notes Newsletter- whoever did the 'Hahaha! Haha! Haha!' effect deserves a cookie!

I saw that and had a flashback montage, thinking about the countless times I laughed at my own jokes then kinda fade off...

Rewatching the documentary on the Romanovs and how the new constitution of Russia was in the pocket of Tsar Alexander II when he got assassinated, which got me wondering: if Tsar Alexander II didn't get killed and signed the new constitution, would the Romanovs still be in power today? (just a random thought)
