Guilty pleasure #47382: walking into a shop and not buying anything and walking out again

I do this really often when out alone, especially when I'm unreal/dissociating/spaced out.

I basically wander unintentionally into a supermarket or shop and meander up and down the aisles and pick things up and put them down and look unfocusedly at specials and hug the freezer doors and finally wander out and on my way.    The more tired and dissociated I am, the more I do this; I can't collect myself together enough to walk anywhere with direction or purpose. :')
