How Important is unit 1 and 2 Methods?

How important is unit 1 and 2 methods for Unit 3 and 4? as  I'm currently struggling with unit 1 &2 methods,

Unfortunately very important. However, a lot of people struggle with Methods so regardless of how well you do in 1/2, you still have a great chance of doing well or at least getting a reasonable score even though you struggle as much as you did this year.

Unit 3 and 4 methods is basically mostly a repeat of units 1 and 2 methods with a few stuff added here and there and probablility which is way different in units 3 and 4. So, units 1 and 2 are important, but you still have plenty of time to improve if you're currently struggling.
