Legal Study Design Question

Anyone know if we are required to know the Criminal/Civil Trial process?

eg. Arraignment, cross examination, defence reply etc etc.

The Study Design doesn't explicitly make reference to it..

Much thanks

Dan... of course we do! except.. I'm not sure how much in detail we're meant to go in to if we get a question on it. Any ideas anyone? =D

depends on how many marks the question is worth , and how much u have to write
if its like a page , i guess  u need to have detailed answers and refer to the case or use real life examples..
if its like 2 -4 lines probably just briefly
