Yay! To Kill a Mockingbird, 1984, The Help, The Giver, Stasiland (though largely non-fiction), Moon over Manifest, Once + Then by Morris Gleitzman (from my childhood).

I'd forgotten about Once and Then...God they were good books.

In year 11/12 I had a little John Boyne phase. I really liked The House of Special Purpose. The Boy in Striped Pyjamas is a classic, but preferred the movie to the book.

Omg 1984 is so good! Had to read it as a prescribed text for school but I actually enjoyed it alot! Historical dystopian novels are so interesting! (:
