Do something you're interested in, alone or with friends. Get your friends together and do something that you can laugh at yourselves about (mini golf, laser tag etc.) . Even something like joining a sports team could fulfil you in the same way that going to a party does.

I'm actually going out to dinner with high school friends! Bad night for it though, weather is shocking lol

Would otherwise be drinking tea and solving my puzzle.
