Writing quadratic rule/formula

hi there,
 so i am meant to write a quadratic rule that satifies the following:
 turning point (0, 2) and another point (1, 1)
I am not sure how I should do this.. could somebody please explain and what does it mean by 'another point'.

I have another one here:
 turning point (–1,0) and y-intercept 1

By "another point" it just means, that point lies on the quadratic. So for the first one, when x=1, y=1
Try writing a general rule for the quadratic. One of the points was a turning point - what form uses the turning point? Substitute that in, and use the other point to find the other unknowns. To do this, you know what y is when x is something - so you can just substitute x and y in :)
