Does anyone have any predictions for the hsc legal questions? Mainly for crime, family and consumer?

My teacher thinks something on the criminal trial process for crime

I was hoping for the crime question it may be something to do with sentencing or criminal trial process?
I really hope it's about sentencing.

As for family and consumers, who knows?
My teacher was saying for family, they could ask something about same-sex, given with the marriage equality stuff going around now. But I doubt NESA would use that, seeing as it would be too obvious.

A sentencing essay would be great!

I think they wrote the questions before the postal vote was announced. Also, ssm has been asked twice so I am not sure if they will ask it again.

Do CSSA try and predict the HSC questions ? I have heard that CSSA consult with NESA when writing exams so that they are not exactly the same.
Definitely wouldn't mind if the essay questions were like the CSSA paper

Any specific area of the syllabus coupled with law reform do you think??? Or just law reform on its own

We were talking about this in class yesterday.
For crime my teacher thinks the question will be something broad and more on general themes, rather then something specific.

For family my teacher was talking about Same sex, children or compliance/non-compliance.

For consumers, product certification and technology have never been asked before.
