This thread is so angsty it shook me (sorry not sorry). On another note one of my teachers banned swearing, dabbing and saying moist on an outdoor ed camp. The penalty was pushups/starjumps/burpees...Naturally there were plenty of dabbing selfies on the group camera at the end of that camp.

Using like for like every second word. Like you know like, i mean like
Please stop using like as a filler words. Just breathe and pause to get your words in order

Quintessential. I'm not sure why. Maybe because it has a forced, thesaurus-like feel to it.
