This may have already been addressed in another post or thread but I haven't seen it, so....

What is the difference between ENTER and ATAR, and why has VTAC or VCAA (or whoever decides on these things) deemed it necessary to change the system?

ENTER and ATAR at the same thing, just a different name. they decided to change it so the entire of australia (minus QLD) will share a common ranking system, however, the process remains the same in vce. -- only a name change..nothing more.
