Well, I have an American accent, so I pronounce it differently
But you know how when Aussies say words like 'car' or 'bar' they just say, like, 'cah' or 'bah'? Imagine a strong Aussie accent. I'm just wondering, do they even bother to actually pronounce the 'r' sound, or the 'a' sound?

What do you do with a fishing rod? You Cast it! Not "cass-ed" it...
So, it logically follows that Castle is pronounced "Cah-sell"

same for aldi, the shop...victorians say 'eldi", nsw say 'al-di'
