Sup doods,

Soooo throughout the year in further I had an 80% sac average, exam 1 I got 33/40 (82.5%), would it be possible for me to get between 35-39 in further???

Thanks heaps.

Smash exam 2 (85%+) and you're in for a chance. Getting A+ in Exam 2 will hopefully push you to 35+, still depending on when the A cutoff is, your class ranking, how your cohort went, and all the other variables that VCAA takes into account :)

Is there any luck of me getting 35?

SAC Average: 76.59%
Exam 1: 29/40
Exam 2: Possibly 45ish/60?

You'd probably need to raise that Exam 2 mark to more than 50/60 to get to 35 because it gets very competitive in further, so just try to do your best on Monday :)

Thank you. Steve, I know all the material off the top of my head its just that I wasn't able to apply it correctly with overlooking small errors. Any tips apart from reading the question carefully and underlining?

proabbly somewhere in the 40’s if you 100% exam 2 but it still depends on heaps of other variables.
Also to keep mods happy pls try and not double post

My advice would be to completely understand the question before attempting to solve it, even if that takes a minute or two longer per question. Further isn't a subject that requires lots of steps of working, so intently looking at the question can help you to identify the important steps and numbers in the question. Besides, looking at the question for longer before solving it will help to reduce errors made by hasty overlooking.

So if you completely understand how to apply your knowledge to the question, you are less likely to overlook certain aspects of the question or the necessary calculations

Hey friends,
Just wondering what study score I would be looking at:
Sacs: 90%average
Exam 1: 32/40
Exam 2: hopefully 50-52/60
Ranking: top 3 (Possible 1st) ::)

G'day Fellas,

Just wondering what my study score could be for Further. I had 93/100 SAC marks and ranked top 10, potentially higher. I got 40/40 on Exam 1 and quite certain that I got 60/60 on exam 2. Basically just wanting to know my chances of a 50. Not sure if it matters but my school is usually ranked top 5 for VCE.
Thanks again and good luck to all those finishing exams.
