Further Study score

Okay,

So I am Rank 2, with scores:

SACs: 98/100
Exam 1: 38/40
Exam 2: 59/60

Rank 1 in my School has scores 99/100 with exam 1 being 37/40 and exam 2 being 58/60

What would my study score be?
