What happens to our scores if someone doesn't show up to exams?

Hey everyone!

So I was just wondering how it would affect the cohort's results/study scores if one person doesn't do the exams?
I've had at least 1-2 people from my classes not attending the exams for no apparent reason. Our cohort for my subjects are quite small too 10-20 students per subject.

Thanks

If you are too sick to attend an exam/did not attend the exam for some reason VCAA will still scale their SAC scores, but will disregard their rankings when it comes to the scores of those who have attended the exam.
