they're probably going off of last years grade distributions... however i don't really see how they could predict the A,B,C cut-offs for the new study designs as they wouldn't have any idea how the state went in the exam this year.

It looks like they are based on last years results as the date at which the images were uploaded was on the 23rd of September which is before the exams were sat and grade boundaries to be determined at this time is impossible. So I wouldn't take these images to seriously.
