I use a classpad II and, to be honest with you, theres precious little that can be done with complex numbers. I know that if you plug in an ugly complex number e.g. ((4+6i)^2)/(4+i) then it can tell you the real and imaginary components, the mod, and the argument, but other then that not much.

If you look online you can find programs called 'E-Activities' for Classpad which you can download and use in the exam. Dunno about the TI though

Tbh, the best way to learn about how to use your calculator is to just play around it. It's not like it'll break if you just push buttons, so open up the menus and have a look around at what functions are available. The user manual is actually fairly friendly and helpful without using scary language - by doing this, I actually knew more about the calculator than my methods teacher about half way through year 12.

Don't know if it will be useful so close to the exam, but Casio actually has a bunch of videos related to specialist calculator usage.

There a few quite useful things, and they all relate to specialist.

Hope that helps!
