The Arrival Resources-Trouble analysing

Hey All,
I'm having trouble trying to analyse The Arrival by Shaun Tan, which is really concerning for me seeing as im rank 1 in English (according to end of prelim marks) and averaging on a 90%. Could anyone point me in the way for some really insightful resources relating The Arrival to Discovery, as to help me form a thesis for my assignent?
Thanks!!

I haven't got much in the way of Discovery resources, but if you scroll to the bottom of this link you'll find a very nicely written commentary on it!

Do you have any good reccomendations for related texts for discovery(ones that work with Go back to where you came from)?? I was thinking the arrival as dictated above, but my teacher thinks its too popular and i should use something a bit more spohisticated.
I'd like to use a picture book so its easier to remember, but open to short stories if i have to.

I studied GBTWYCF and I used Tim Winton's Distant Lands short story, but his short story Neighbours would work really well too. In terms of graphic novels or picture books, I don't have muuuch in obvious links to GBTWYCF, but you could also do a series from Humans of New York (check the website for series) because if you're interested in a combination of images and texts, then this could work for you! :)

Been doing some research on Tim Winton, and I really enjoy the short story Neighbours! I think I might end up doing a 180 and going with that rather than The Arrival. You'll be seeing me in the AOS essay marking thread soon if I can get some good paragraphs out  ;)
