Monash Medicine Interview dates

Hi
I am aware of the interviews being held in early Jan next year. But are there "second-round interviews" or something later on?
I would just like to know because I am going overseas from mid jan to end of feb and I wanna make sure that I'm not missing out on anything.

I recall a friend having a 'later' interview last year, but this is purely anecdotal. Hopefully someone can provide a more concrete answer though

If you're successful in getting a place, there's also a compulsory transition day(s) sometime in late Feb (might be during O-week or the week before if I remember correctly?), so it might be worth checking out the date for that as well

I believe there's only one set of interviews, which is the same for physio. They're around the first/second week of January. This is why they say be really careful with booking overseas holidays, etc. as they only do interviews in person and won't change the schedule around for you.

There are more interviews later in January iirc, however these are for international students, so you wouldn't have to worry about that.

Second round interviews are for interstate/NZ applicants - you should have gotten an email with interview dates (otherwise: http://www.med.monash.edu.au/medicine/admissions/direct-entry/vtac-selection-schedule.html) and seconding K888, there's no rescheduling dates except for extenuating circumstances.

Also a good idea to note the enrolment dates in mid-late Jan (http://med.monash.edu.au/medical/central/year1-mbbs-info.html) but unofficially, they're not compulsory and you can show up later to get your ID card sorted and the website has everything you need to do (however, the transition dates just before Week 1 of Semester during O-week are)
