could i get into commerce with a 93? or even a 90? oh and that's melbourne commerce. I am SEAS

For last year, it says that you need a minimum of 92 to be considered but for SEAS, I'm not sure what the cut-off is. 

One thing is for sure though, 95% of the offers made, were made to those with 92.10+ (Fringe ENTER).

I got a job all set up ready to go so I'm just gonna do that. My parents pay $3k/year for me to go to school, might as well give them something to brag about amongst there friends

Well she's definitely in the Clearly-In even though she hasn't VCE yet so she's pretty much guaranteed into her desired course.  Perhaps she wants a scholarship as well...
