Not necessarily Melbourne Uni Biomed, but any Uni course that lists Chem as a prereq.
Is it possible to get entry into the course if you don't do chem?

 :'( probably not, right?

Nope, if chemistry is a pre-requisite and you haven't met it then you can't do the course. You can go to the uni doing another degree though which doesn't require Chem, do their vcr chemistry equivalent subject (it's called fundamentals of chemistry at Melbourne uni) and then transfer into biomed after a semester or two. Or you could try and do unilearn chemistry to meet the pre-req, but I'm contact the uni before enrolling in that to make sure that they accept it.
