Can someone explain to me what negotiated offers are? And do you need to get the clearly-atar to be approved of it? Such as what if you are more than 10 points away but meet the prerequisites?

They no longer exist - was replaced by change of preferences after first round offers.

Oh okay,  for second round offers, with the course I want to do, if my atar is above the clearly in and it meets the prerequisites, will I be offered?

Assuming there are still places available, and that you do not receive a 2nd round offer for a course higher on your preference list, then yes you should get one.

2020: Just Vibing
2021: B. Paramedicine/B. Nursing @ ACU Canberra

It was my 4th preference but I realised that I had mucked up my preference orders. Hopefully I get one. But what if this year only 40 something offers were given in first round, would that mean that there’s a chance I would get in as not many offers were issued?
