I have added a new course just now. I have a Monash Guarantee for that course.. Will I get a offer in my second round?

Hard to say for sure, as we're not the uni. If you meet the pre-reqs, then there is a higher chance, but no guarantees. Would advise that you accept and enrol with your first round offer where applicable, as you wouldn't want to risk having no degree whatsoever.
