Melbourne and Monash

I've already enrolled in Melbourne Uni; but can I also accept and 'enrol' (pick my subjects) for Monash Science/Commerce and see the kind of timetable it'll offer me (released on 6th) and then from there withdraw from my course? (without any risk of affecting Melbourne as well as any fees)

I'm deciding to go Melbourne due to it being much closer than Monash but I want to see how the Monash timetable will be for me and if it's not too much of a workload, then possibly change to going there

You could try this website for Monash timetables and enter your units in. I think the one who promoted this was actually Keltingmeith originally. Doesn't require enrolling, but you can do so if there is a later offer for a higher preference in coming rounds. Are you enrolled in Melbourne Science or Melbourne Commerce currently?

I am doing Melbourne Science. I am trying to use it, but it doesn't look right. Like it says it's been merged which I am not quite sure what this means

But is it alright to withdraw after the timetable comes out?

I'm not sure what you mean by merged? Maybe attach a screenshot of what you mean and we can help you out.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can withdraw before the census date. Unfortunately, I don't know when that is, so just double check when and make sure to do it as soon as you can. Best advice is actually to (a) find the census date and (b) contact both unis about this to double check that you won't incur any difficulties along the way.

UoM if you're unsure and want the flexibility, Monash if you're deadset on pharmaceutical science.
