How long does it take to get an offer letter?

For my 2nd round UoM science offer, I received the VTAC email at 11:12 am, and the one from the UoM on the same day at 4:20 pm. It should be at most 2 days according to them, so if you haven't yet received an offer letter from UoM, you should probably call them up.

Oh, well that's a problem... I reveived the email on my VTAC account on the 2nd of Feb and the email from Melbourne uni on the 5th of Feb, but I don't have an offer letter yet... Guess I will have to call them up. I can't call them on Saturday can I.

Oh, wait, are you expecting an actual physical offer letter through the post? If so, VTAC doesn't send out actual letters unfortunately - everything is done online. If not, what do you mean by "offer letter" then - the emails you received on the 2nd and 5th are really the only two point of contacts you should get in regards to course offers?

Oh haha. Well it says I need my student number to make an account, which I cant find. Is that meant to be in the email from Melbourne uni?

And it also says that it my student number is on my 'offer letter'

What does the email from the uni look like? The email should contain a 6 letter student number along with enrolment information (Under a heading like 'How to Accept Your Offer).

Ok sorry guys. Apparantly, my student ID doesn't show up wehn I look at the email from my iPad, but I went on a laptop and it showed up... Thanks for help anyway.

Thank you so much for the help! So yeah, I finally found it. Apparantly, when you look on an iPad, the student ID doesn't show up but I went on a laptop, and it showed up... Thanks anyway!
