According to the ask.monash site:
Quote
Monash Connect respond to general enquiries from all students across the University in relation to:
administrative services, such as information about student ID cards, enrolments, fees, graduations, exams, scholarships, parking, travel concessions, official letters and transcripts
international student support, such as advice on visas, CoEs, and residency
financial assistance with loans and grants
off-campus accommodation assistance.

So I'm taking a massive assumption here that as long as it isn't course-specific advice, it'd be okay to go to any Monash Connect*. :)
Keep in mind that Monash Connect hours can differ across campuses :)

*(I could be wrong however, take what I say with a grain of salt)

Thanks! So you reckon I would be able to talk about course discontinuation at a different campus?

It's possible, as it comes under general administrative services :)
However talking to a course advisor might also be another good option. :)
