i.e. My course takes part in Clayton, but I want to visit the Monash Connect in Parkville or Caulfield
According to the ask.monash site:
Monash Connect respond to general enquiries from all students across the University in relation to:
administrative services, such as information about student ID cards, enrolments, fees, graduations, exams, scholarships, parking, travel concessions, official letters and transcripts
international student support, such as advice on visas, CoEs, and residency
financial assistance with loans and grants
off-campus accommodation assistance.
So I'm taking a massive assumption here that as long as it isn't course-specific advice, it'd be okay to go to any Monash Connect*.

Keep in mind that Monash Connect hours can differ across campuses

*(I could be wrong however, take what I say with a grain of salt)
