Hi There,
We have to complete a scientific investigation based on photosynthesis , cellular processes or biological change over time.

We will complete a poster and the experiment later in the term but i need to come up with what I'm going to investigate

My first idea was     do flashing lights affect the rate of photosynthesis?  but now I dont know.

Any ideas and what to test when doing the experiment would be greatly appreciated
Thankyou  :)

Hey, it’s best not to over complicate anything. If you can do the flashing lights prac that sounds like it would be interesting but your school may not have the equipment to set that up easily.

Otherwise the pracs I did were the effect of light colour on photosynthesis (measured by the time it takes leaf discs to float), the effect of temperature on enzyme function (catalase and hydrogen peroxide) and osmosis (weight gain of potato) so you may be able to do one of those.
