Hey! This is an inequality comparing the terms in a geometric series (Eleanor) and an arithmetic series (Henry). Eleanor's salary after \(n\) years is:



And Henry's is:



We want when Eleanor's is bigger:



The easiest way to solve this is probably just trial and error! Pop some values in the calculator - The salary increase is yearly, so the answer needs to be an integer (you can't have a salary increase after 7.4 years, for example) ;D you are looking for the smallest value of \(n\) that satisfies the inequality!
